Terms of use

The following general terms and conditions for performing a trade deal are valid for all consumer purchases made on our website aroomid.ee

By clicking on the “Buy” button, the following terms of purchase, payment for goods and delivery are considered as valid, and are used for the further contractual relationship between us and the customer “You”.

The treaty language is Latvian,English, Estonian or Russian.

1. General Information

1.1 Minu Aroomid OÜ is a service provider, which has created the online store http://aroomid.ee for selling products to the service user, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”.

1.2 A customer is a service user who places an order in the online store http://aroomid.ee and identifies him/herself by entering his/her personal data, hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”.

1.3 Minu Aroomid OÜ shall be entitled to change unilaterally the terms and conditions and amend the proposed service of the online store at any time without any obligation to notify the service user in writing thereof.

2. The Service User

2.1 The “Buyer” confirms that he/she has read and agrees to the terms and conditions of the aroomid.ee online store before making the sale/purchase transaction.

3. Prices

3.1 All prices in the online store are stated in euros.

3.2 The “Seller” shall be entitled to increase or decrease the prices displayed in the online store at his discretion at any time.

4. Products

4.1 Product availability displayed in the online store may change in accordance with current stock balance or due to technical problems in the online store program.

4.2 If the ordered product is not in the Seller’s stock, an employee of the online store will contact you and suggest equivalent substitute for the ordered products, otherwise the fees already paid will be refunded to the same bank account from which the payment was made no later than within 7 (seven) working days.

4.3 Product quantity at the online store is monitored permanently.

5. Registration and Contracting of Goods

1. For making purchases, it is recommended to register online. The registration procedure is very simple. After the registration is complete, you will get an access to your “Personal Profile” where it is always possible to check your order status. Furthermore, our store provides its customers with gifts and the system of discounts only available to registered buyers.

• Open the product page you are interested in, click the “Add to Cart” button and this product will add to your shopping cart.

• If you do not want to buy anything else, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button. In case you want to add other goods into your cart, click the “Continue Shopping” button. While being in the “Cart”, you can list a different quantity under the goods you want to buy, or you can delete the goods that were added by accident. If you change the quantity of goods in your cart, after entering the number click the “Update Shopping Cart” button. After that click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.

• Then you have to fill in the form with your personal data:

• Full name - the last name and first name of a person to receive a parcel.

• E-mail - all information about your order will be sent to this address.

• Address - recipient address. It is necessary to fill in all the data together with a postal code. If you want your parcel to be delivered via a parcel terminal, it is necessary to choose the destination terminal.

• Mobile phone – it is needed to contact you. If you choose “A Parcel Terminal” as the mean of your delivery method, as soon as the parcel arrives at the destination terminal, an SMS with the code from the locker door of the parcel terminal will be sent to you. The phone number will be printed on the parcel as well; the post offices will be able to contact you if needed. In case you have registered and logged in, all the data will be automatically filled in. Be sure to double-check everything once again. Make sure that all the goods you wanted to purchase are specified in the order. Please check the shipping address and contact phones carefully. Only when all the aforementioned data have been checked, click the “Next” button.

• Choose the “Delivery Method” OMNIVA, SMARTPOST and click the “Next” button.

• On the next page, choose your payment method.

• The order confirmation will be emailed to you together with the invoice. 

6. Terms of Delivery

6.1 While placing an order, your personal data must be submitted with great care in order to avoid future delays and misunderstandings in connection with delivering the goods.

6.2 The goods will be delivered to you using Regular Post (Omniva) or parcel terminals Omniva (Post24) or Itella Smartpost.

6.3 Outside the Baltics, the goods will be delivered to you using Omniva Post together with the tracking number.

6.4 All goods in stock will be delivered within 1-2 working days.

7. Withdrawal from Contract

7.1 After the Customer receives the order, he/she has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days for any reason and with no justification, and return the products purchased online from us.

7.2 To return the product you have purchased, please send a letter of the corresponding content to the following email address: info(at)aroomid.ee , giving the Ordering Number and the Name of the Customer.

7.3 You have to return the purchased goods in our online store no later than within 7 (seven) days after we receive the notice of withdrawal. All returned goods must be in their original packaging and must not have been used. When returning the goods, please enclose a copy of your invoice.

7.4 After the goods have been returned, the money will be transferred to the same bank account from which the payment was made no later than within 14 days after we receive the goods. The postage shall not be refunded, unless the product was incongruous with the order placed.

8. Warranty Terms and Conditions

8.1 Minu Aroomid OÜ is liable for defects starting from the time the items have been sent to you.

8.2 The warranty shall not apply for goods:

• If the goods are damaged by the fault of the buyer (mechanical damages).

• Damages caused by misuse of the goods.

8.3 In case the faulty product is returned, the company will repair it and send it to you within 15 days. If it is either impossible or impractical to repair the product, we will send you a new product.

8.4 If a warranty case occurs, it is necessary to send us a letter of the corresponding content to the following email address: info(at)aroomid.ee, giving the Ordering Number and the Name of the Customer.

Submission of Complaint:

• The customer has the right to file a complaint regarding goods or services if the latter ones do not conform the contractual conditions within two years following the date of purchase.

 • The claimant must hold the document reflecting purchase of the goods (purchase receipt), under which the buyer is able to certify the date of purchase. The buyer shall notify the seller of the non-conformity of goods within 1 month of learning of such non-conformity.

• Non-conformity will be ascertained either by the seller or by the manufacturer. When returning goods that do not conform to the contractual conditions, all parts of the product must be returned in the quantity in which they were received by the buyer. If no more than six months have passes since the purchase of the goods for which the customer has filed a complaint concerning non-conformity, the seller shall cover the expenses of the defecation and examination of product. Following the expiration of six months, the customer must prove the existence of non-conformity with the terms of the contract. The seller is not liable for the possible deficiencies of goods which were known to the buyer at the time of entering into the contract, or for deficiencies resulting from improper use or maintenance

• All complaints shall be handled in accordance with the applicable legal acts valid in the Republic of Latvia.

• If the seller and the buyer fail to find the appropriate solution, the buyer has the right to address the Consumer Protection 

9. Personal Data and Processing Thereof

9.1 All personal data of the customer learned in the course of visiting the online store and making purchases are handled as strictly confidential information.

9.2 The source of personal data is the establishment of a customer relationship when placing an order in the online store aroomid.ee

9.3 The personal data (full name, contact number) are transmitted to the courier service company selected by you.

9.4 Minu Aroomid OÜ will not sell your personal data to third parties.

9.5 You have the right to verify your personal data in our online store. Moreover, you have the right to modify or request removal of your personal data.

9.6 The service user authorises Minu Aroomid OÜ to sending an order confirmation to the e-mail address supplied upon placing the order.

9.7 By registering as a user in aroomid.ee online store, you agree to receive offers by email address you provide. In the “Personal Profile” of the online store you can choose not to receive these offers.
